Earl David Ludvigson, Sr.
1938 ~ 2013
Earl David Ludvigson, Sr. "The Ole Stud", died Sunday, June 30, 2013, in Provo, Utah. He was born July 28, 1938, in Gunnison, Utah, to Earnest Frederick and Bula Caldwell Ludvigson Montague. He worked at Grand Canyon North rim in the strategist's. Earl worked at PDM for 10 years until retirement.
He was a mountain man who attended rendezvous at Fort Bridger. He enjoyed knitting hats and booties and was a collector of coins and cars. Earl was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his three sons and a daughter, Leslie Dean Schwab, Christy Lee Wilcox (Royden), Orson Ludvigson (Amber) and Earl D. Ludvigson, II (Cara). Also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2013, from 3:30-7:30 p.m. at the South East corner Pavilion, 870 East Canyon Road, Spanish Fork, Utah
