LaVetta Louise Bankston Summers
1933 ~ 2013
LaVetta Louise Bankston Summers, 79, died Friday, April 12, 2013, in Provo, Utah. She was born May 23, 1933, in San Francisco, California, to Wellda H. and Cleo Louise Oller Bankston. She married Corporal Robert S. Summers, January 17, 1950 in Burbank, California. They were married 63 years. They had two children, Robert Jr. (deceased) and Kelly Renee.
LaVetta is survived by her husband and daughter, Kelly and two sisters, Virginia (Tom) Meeker, Santiaquin, UT. And Wellda (Dennis) Hopper, Pryor, OK. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Robert, Jr., brothers Frank W. and Bert T. Sister Clara Mae

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah.
